The Mugford Street Players announce an all-new production of TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning story as adapted by Christopher Sergel, coming to Marblehead Little Theatre, 12 School Street, Marblehead. There will be a gala following the opening night performance on Friday, March 1.
Recently voted America’s “most beloved” story, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD tackles timeless issues of race, integrity, and the destruction of innocence. This theatrical adaptation tenderly moves the iconic story from the page to the stage. A bold, intimate staging by Marblehead’s acclaimed director John Fogle, promises to bring TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD to Marblehead Little Theatre with unmatched directness and intimacy.
The show, presented by The Mugford Street Players, will play for three weeks, Fridays through Sundays from March 1st until March 16th. Evening performances begin at 7:30 and matinees at 3PM. Matinee performances will be held on Saturdays and Sundays. Ticket prices for opening night are $35 adults, $25 seniors and $15 students. Matinee performance ticket prices are $25 adults, $15 seniors and $15 for students. All other evening performance ticket prices are $25 adults, $20 seniors and $15 students.
